Product Introduction
Steel grating is a durable, load-bearing metal mesh used extensively for industrial flooring, walkways, and drainage. We offer three core product lines: Standard Grating (plain surface for general industry), Serrated Grating (notched surface for wet/oily areas), and Custom-Shaped Grating (fabricated to drawings for irregular platforms and special spaces). All products are manufactured using electro-forge welding to fuse load bars and cross rods into a rigid one-piece panel, fully compliant with AS1657 safe access standards.

Standard Steel Grating
Plain surface design combining high strength with open area. Ideal for power plants, refineries, mines, and factory mezzanine floors. Available in hot-dip galvanised mild steel or stainless steel 304/316. Common load bar centres: 30mm, 40mm, 60mm.
Serrated (Anti-Slip) Steel Grating
Load bars feature pre-notched teeth to significantly improve slip resistance in wet, greasy, or oily environments. Perfect for meat processing plants, offshore rigs, chemical plant wash bays, and fuel stations. The serrated surface does not trap liquids and remains easy to clean.
Custom-Shaped Steel Grating
Fabricated to customer drawings – including irregular cuts, holes, bends, and border welding. Designed for non-standard equipment platforms, circular towers, pipe penetrations, stairwells, and other complex spaces. We support any geometric shape (sectors, trapezoids, cut-outs) with custom options like banding, toe plates, and fastening clips.
